We take care of all invoicing for you! As soon as your hours are approved, you will receive your invoice by email.
The business will receive the invoice on the next Tuesday or Friday after approval of the hours. From that moment on, the payment period starts and they will transfer the money to us. Once we have received the payment, we will transfer it to you within three working days. You can also opt for early payment and you will be paid within three working days after hours approval in exchange for 2.9% of your invoice’s total.
Tip: Please make sure that you store these invoices properly. Keep these records for at least 22 months after the end of the tax year. For example, if you send your 2020 to 2021 tax return online by 31 January 2022 keep your records until at least the end of January 2023.
