When you submit your hours worked in the app you have two payment options. This choice determines how quickly you receive your payment.

Option 1 | Waiting for the business to pay

When you choose this option, you will receive your money as soon as the business has paid the invoice to us. The payment period starts as soon as the invoice has been sent. The agreed payment period is in most cases 14 or 30 days. This is an indication and does not constitute a guarantee. That is why we also show the actual average amount of days that businesses take to pay invoices. This way it is easier for you to decide which payment option you prefer. In case the payment takes longer than expected it is your own responsibility to do a follow up with the client. You can read here what to do if you haven't been paid yet. We will help you with this by sending multiple emails to the business.

Option 2 | Early payment

When you choose early payment, we take over your debtor risk. You will be paid by us within a maximum of three working days after approval of your hours by the business. This ensures that you get paid quickly, you are not dependent on the payment period of a business and you do not risk that a business defaults. In return you will pay 2.9% of your invoice to us.
