Why do I need to enter my personal details?

To work via YoungOnes, you need to share some details with us. Think of your Company Registration Number (CRN) and UTR number, but also your bank account number. We need this information to generate your invoice after a gig.


When should you enter these details?

When signing up on the platform, you will automatically see when and which details you need to enter. If you follow the steps in the app, everything will be fine. Your bank account number, UTR number, and CRN number are only required when submitting the hours for your first gig. However, you can enter this information earlier if you prefer.


Why don’t I have to enter these details right away?

Of course, it’s great if you enter all these details immediately! That way, you can be sure everything is set up correctly, and you can quickly log your hours after your first gig. The faster the client approves your hours, the sooner we can generate the invoice and transfer the payment to your account.


What if I can’t enter my personal details?

Make sure you enter your details correctly. You don’t want an incorrect bank account number on your invoice. Also, check if you are logging into the platform with the correct email address.
