If your gig got cancelled after the cancellation period, but before the gig has started, you are entitled to 50% of the hours. 

You can submit a claim via the app and an invoice will be sent to the business. Once the claim has been approved, you will be paid within three business days.


If you have already started working at a gig and the client decides to send you home before you have completed the whole shift, you are entitled to claim 100% of the hours. 


After the shift is officially over, you can submit 100% of the hours via the app and, just as with all gigs that you work, you will be able to choose which payment option you would like to use. More information on how to claim 100% of your hours can be found here.
