If you have already started working at a gig and the client decides to send you home before you have completed the whole shift, you are entitled to claim 100% of the hours. This is because it is seen as a 'cancellation of the gig' from the business’s side after the cancellation period has ended (Article 10, model agreement). After the shift is officially over, you can enter 100% of the hours via the app. In the remark, clearly state why you have the right to declare these hours.


Please note: you will need to ensure that you receive, in writing, that the client has decided to send you home early. If it is a mutual agreement to leave the gig prematurely, or if you have chosen to leave early, then you will not be able to claim 100% of the hours.
