Amazing that you want to work more gigs. We understand it can be frustrating to not be chosen for some gigs, but don't worry. It has nothing to do with you personally there could be other causes.
A | The gig got cancelled
B | Someone has reacted who has worked for this business before or is in the business's favourites
C | Your profile does not match the requirements of a gig
If you are interested in more gigs there are a couple of things you can consider:
Your profile | Do you have a representative profile picture? Is your work experience lacking information that might be relevant for the clients to know about? Check out this article for tips!
Gig preference | By clicking on 'Substitute Gigs' in the filter section of the app, you can see all gigs that are looking for a last minute replacement - this is a great way to increase your chances of a match as there are often fewer reactions to these gigs!
Go out of your comfort zone | Try something new and pick a gig you wouldn't normally consider.
Perform well | When you perform well during gigs, the business can leave a positive review and star rating which is displayed on your profile. A high rating increase your chance of being matched again with the same business and new ones. They may even add you to their favourites!
