When you submit your hours worked in the app, you have two payment options. This choice determines how quickly you receive your payment.
Option 1 | Waiting for the business to pay
When you choose this option, you will receive your money as soon as the business has paid the invoice to us. The payment period starts as soon as the invoice has been sent. The agreed payment period is in most cases is 14 or 30 days. This is an indication and does not constitute a guarantee. That is why we also show the actual average amount of days that businesses take to pay invoices. This way, it is easier for you to decide which payment option you prefer. In case the payment takes longer than expected, it is your own responsibility to do a follow-up with the client. You can read here what to do if you haven't been paid yet. Option 2 | Early payment
When you choose early payment, we take over your debtor risk. You will be paid by us within a maximum of three working days after approval of your hours by the business. This ensures that you get paid quickly, you are not dependent on the payment period of a business, and you do not risk that a business defaults. In return, you will pay 2.9% of your invoice to us.
